Our Approach

Whether you're looking for a little design advice or a full home refresh, our process is designed to be simple, collaborative, and tailored to you. Here's how we work:​​​

Phase 1 - Let's Talk

This is where it all begins. We come to your space, have a good chat, and start to understand your needs.

 

What to Expect:

  • We’ll walk through the space and talk about how it’s used and what’s not working.

  • We’ll ask about your style, favourite colours, storage needs, if you have pets, where and how you spend time together and more.

  • We might take a few photos or measurements to help with planning.

  • We’ll offer ideas and suggestions on the spot—whether it’s paint, flooring, drapery or layout.

 

After the visit, you will receive a detailed follow-up email that includes:

  • A summary of everything we discussed

  • Tailored advice and solutions

  • Suggested next steps based on your needs.

Just a consultation? That’s totally fine. There is no pressure to go further, but if you would like to, then let's move on to Phase 2.

Phase 2 - The Design Proposal

If you are ready to move ahead, we will put together a full proposal that brings your space to life.

This is what we will cover:

  • Paint color options and hardware finishes

  • Furniture and furniture layout recommendations

  • Flooring choices and lighting ideas

  • Storage solutions and styling elements

  • A proposed budget, timeline, and our fee structure for the project.

 

Once approved, we get to work behind the scenes—sourcing, planning and lining up everything we need for the transformation.

Phase 3 - Making it Happen

Installation Day(s):

We coordinate and manage the installation so that everything comes together just as planned.  And you get to return to a finished and styled space.

Once everything is in place, we walk through the space with you to make sure every detail is perfect. Any small tweaks or final touches? We’ve got them covered.
